Why can't I give love a fourth time today?
That's deliberate, not a bug. Loveglow caps giving at three acts a day, one per kind (physical, giving, thoughtful), so a bond can't be filled in a single sitting. It's the whole point of the app — small and often, instead of a week of neglect made up for in one afternoon.
A heart's bars dropped on their own. What happened?
Hearts drain a little each day once someone's gone three days in a row without any act logged for them at all — missing a day or two costs nothing. If all three bars ever hit zero, or sit at zero for three days straight, the bond's thread drops a level. Give them something and the thread starts rebuilding from there.
I gave to the wrong person, or tapped the wrong action. Can I undo it?
Yes — right after giving, the memory prompt that pops up has an "Undo Action" button. It rolls back everything from that give: the counters, any tier change, the streak. It only works while that prompt is still open, so catch it before dismissing it.
How do I remove someone I added by mistake?
Tap the × in the corner of their card on Home, confirm, and you'll get a five-second countdown with an "Undo removal" button before it's final. Once it completes, their heart, memories, and history are gone for good.
Memories & your data
Where are my photos, videos, and voice notes actually stored?
On your phone, in a folder Loveglow keeps for itself — separate from your camera roll, so clearing your photo library or your phone's cache won't take a saved memory with it. None of it is uploaded anywhere.
Can I move my data to a new phone?
Not yet as a one-tap restore. The export feature (Memories → the export icon) bundles everything into a file you can save wherever you like, but there's no import step to bring it back in on another device. If that's something you need, tell us — it helps to know who's asking for it.
What's the difference between the two export options?
Memory book is a designed, readable keepsake — one HTML file per loved one with every photo, video, and voice note playable inline. Raw backup is the same data as a plain file structure, meant for safekeeping rather than reading.

What does Plus actually unlock?
Two free-tier limits come off: the number of people you can track (free is one), and the number of memories per person that can carry a note, photo, video, or voice note (free is fifty). It also unlocks exporting. The daily giving limit stays the same for everyone — that one's never for sale.
I paid for Plus but the app still says I haven't. What now?
Open the paywall and tap Restore, or Settings → Manage subscription. This re-checks your purchase against your Apple ID and should pick it back up within a few seconds. If it still doesn't, email us with the approximate date you subscribed.
How do I cancel?
Loveglow doesn't process the payment itself, so cancelling happens through your phone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS. Uninstalling the app alone doesn't cancel a subscription.
